Before you judge my life, My past or my character, Walk in my shoes, Walk the path, I have traveled, Live my sorrow, My doubts, My fear, My pain and my laughter, Remember, everyone has a story. When you've lived my life then you can judge me.

Einstein was once traveling from Princeton on a train when the conductor came down the aisle, punching the tickets of every passenger. When he came to Einstein, Einstein reached in his vest pocket. He couldn't find his ticket, so he reached in his trouser pockets. It wasn't there, so he looked in his briefcase but couldn't find it. Then he looked in the seat beside him. He still couldn't find it. The conductor said, 'Dr. Einstein, I know who you are. We all know who you are. I'm sure you bought a ticket. Don't worry about it.' Einstein nodded appreciatively. The conductor continued down the aisle punching tickets. As he was ready to move to the next car, he turned around and saw the great physicist down on his hands and knees looking under his seat for his ticket. The conductor rushed back and said, 'Dr. Einstein, Dr. Einstein, don't worry, I know who you are. No problem. You don't need a ticket. I'm sure you bought one.' Einstein looked at him and said, 'Young man, I too, know who I am. What I don't know is where I'm going.'
At t=0 many people would be ahead of you, we attribute it to intelligence but actually its better strategic start and longtime management of preparation by them. Some of you lost initial round due to same reason. First step: recall the best time period when you excelled. Second step: Recall your strengths. Most important would be" you were fearless, enjoying the competition" You can take some time frame to prepare for assault. Hone your skills to your limits, but once you are prepared to move you should be best. WHY WALK WHEN YOU CAN RUN!
Sometimes people are so assumptious!! You try to be sweet, they interpret it as Flirting.. You try to be nice, they say you want something in return.. You try to make them smile, they think you are annoying.. You try to be confident & comfortable, they say you are a feeler and arrogant.. You try to show you like them, they say you are just playing around.. In such an assumptious world, no wonder it is so difficult to Love and Live..
Pity those who think: ‘I am not beautiful. That’s why Love has not knocked at my door.’ In fact, Love did knock, but when they opened the door, they weren’t prepared to welcome Love in.’ They were too busy trying to make themselves beautiful first, when, in fact, they were fine as they were. They were trying to imitate others, when Love was looking for something original. They were trying to reflect what came from outside, forgetting that the brightest light comes from within.
People always say: ‘It’s inner beauty that matters, not outer beauty.’ Well, that’s not true. If it were, why would flowers put so much energy into attracting bees? And why would raindrops transform themselves into a rainbow when they encounter the sun? Because nature longs for beauty, and is only satisfied when beauty can be exalted. Outer beauty is inner beauty made visible, and it manifests itself in the light that flows from our eyes. The eyes are the mirror of the soul and reflect everything that seems to be hidden; and, like a mirror, they also reflect the person looking into them. So if the person looking into someone’s eyes has a dark soul, he will see only his own ugliness.
A watermelon seller on the roadside was attracting more customers than his rivals. He had cut watermelons and wrapped watermelons in foil so that they looked more hygienic to customers. Next day all the sellers were using same trick consequently customers got divided. Next day first seller had another innovation he was giving use and throw spoons with wrapped watermelons, it can be taken for granted next day he would be something more innovative. Its competitive age, people doing a bit extra are leading. innovations require continuous brain storming.TO COPY DOESN'T REQUIRE ANY EFFORT BUT GOES ON TO MAKE YOU A PARASITE.

NUCLEATION IS BUDDING OF A THERMODYNAMIC PHASE.When lecture begins initial reaction of students (cheerful faces) shows nucleation of concept in mind.SOLUBILITY is concentration of a saturated solution, for higher concentration precipitation occurs in supersaturated state. As lecture comes to end, red faces, one hand pulling hair legs shaking, shows precipitation will occur if anymore concept is delivered....

When a small ball is dropped in a viscous liquid, initially referred as t=0 and position x=0,itaccelerates but with time the acceleration goes ondecreasing because viscous drag force dependson velocity, eventually terminal velocity isattained. Life is like that at this moment all of you havemaximum acceleration but with time growth rategoes on decreasing, use these momentsconstructively before terminal velocity isattained...
Opportunities are usually disguised as hard workso most people don't recognize them. Opportunityis missed by most people because it isdressed in overalls and looks like work.APPARENTLY THERE IS NOTHING THAT CAN NOTHAPPEN TODAY Set your t=0 and x=0 now its never late to beginand no preferred position to begin.

The power of determination: The little country schoolhouse was heated by an old-fashioned, pot-bellied coal stove. A little boy had the job of coming to school early each day to start the fire and warm the room before his teacher and his classmates arrived. One morning they arrived to find the schoolhouse engulfed in flames. They dragged the unconscious little boy out of the flaming building more dead than alive. He had major burns over the lower half of his body and was taken to a nearby county hospital. From his bed the dreadfully burned, semi- conscious little boy faintly heard the doctor talking to his mother. The doctor told his mother that her son would surely die - which was for the best, really - for the terrible fire had devastated the lower half of his body. But the brave boy didn't want to die. He made up his mind that he would survive. Somehow, to the amazement of the physician, he did survive. When the mortal danger was past, he again heard the doctor and his mother speaking quietly. The mother was told that since the fire had destroyed so much flesh in the lower part of his body, it would almost be better if he had died, since he was doomed to be a lifetime cripple with no use at all of his lower limbs. Once more the brave boy made up his mind. He would not be a cripple. He would walk. But unfortunately from the waist down, he had no motor ability. His thin legs just dangled there, all but lifeless. Ultimately he was released from the hospital. Every day his mother would massage his little legs, but there was no feeling, no control, nothing. Yet his determination that he would walk was as strong as ever. When he wasn't in bed, he was confined to a wheelchair. One sunny day his mother wheeled him out into the yard to get some fresh air. This day, instead of sitting there, he threw himself from the chair. He pulled himself across the grass, dragging his legs behind him. He worked his way to the white picket fence bordering their lot. With great effort, he raised himself up on the fence. Then, stake by stake, he began dragging himself along the fence, resolved that he would walk. He started to do this every day until he wore a smooth path all around the yard beside the fence. There was nothing he wanted more than to develop life in those legs. Ultimately through his daily massages, his iron persistence and his resolute determination, he did develop the ability to stand up, then to walk haltingly, then to walk by himself - and then - to run. He began to walk to school, then to run to school, to run for the sheer joy of running. Later in college he made the track team. Still later in Madison Square Garden this young man who was not expected to survive, who would surely never walk, who could never hope to run - this determined young man, Dr. Glenn Cunningham, ran the world's fastest mile**!
The loser who never gave up!... When he was a little boy his uncle called him “Sparky”, after a comic-strip horse named Spark Plug. School was all but impossible for Sparky. He failed every subject in the eighth grade. He flunked physics in high school, getting a grade of zero. He also flunked Latin, algebra and English. And his record in sports wasn't any better. Though he did manage to make the school's golf team, he promptly lost the only important match of the season. Oh, there was a consolation match; he lost that too. Throughout his youth, Sparky was awkward socially. It wasn't that the other students disliked him; it's just that no one really cared all that much. In fact, Sparky was astonished if a classmate ever said hello to him outside of school hours. There's no way to tell how he might have done at dating. He never once asked a girl out in high school. He was too afraid of being turned down... or perhaps laughed at. Sparky was a loser. He, his classmates... everyone knew it. So he learned to live with it. He made up his mind early that if things were meant to work out, they would. Otherwise he would content himself with what appeared to be his inevitable mediocrity. One thing WAS important to Sparky, however -- drawing. He was proud of his artwork. No one else appreciated it. But that didn't seem to matter to him. In his senior year of high school, he submitted some cartoons to the the yearbook. The editors rejected the concept. Despite this brush-off, Sparky was convinced of his ability. He even decided to become an artist. So, after completing high school, Sparky wrote Walt Disney Studios. They asked for samples of his artwork. Despite careful preparation, it too was rejected. One more confirmation that he was a loser. But Sparky still didn't give up. Instead, he decided to tell his own life's story in cartoons. The main character would be a little boy who symbolized the perpetual loser and chronic underachiever. You know him well. Because Sparky's cartoon character went on to become a cultural phenomenon of sorts. People readily identified with this "lovable loser." He reminded people of the painful and embarrassing moments from their own past, of their pain and their shared humanity. The character soon became famous worldwide: "Charlie Brown." And Sparky, the boy whose many failures never kept him from trying, whose work was rejected again and again,... is the highly successful cartoonist Charles Schultz. His cartoon strip, "Peanuts," continues to inspire books, T-shirts and Christmas specials, reminding us, as someone once commented, that life somehow finds a way for all of us, even the losers. Sparky's story reminds us of a very important principle in life. We all face difficulty and discouragement from time to time. We also have a choice in how we handle it. If we're persistent, if we hold fast to our faith, if we continue to develop the unique talents God has given us, who knows what can happen? We may end up with an insight and an ability to inspire that comes only through hardship. In the end, there are no "losers" with God. Some winners just take longer to develop!

Words of encouragement: Life is full of challenges and obstacles. It is human nature, many times we know we should not give up but we find it hard to stay positive and optimistic. Words of encouragement can help to relieve stress and boost our morale. Below are my favorite encouragement quotes, I hope these help to make you feel a lot more confident in your ability to achieve your dreams. Don’t give up! Did you know that Thomas Edison tried over 2000 materials before he found one that he could make the light bulb? At one point, there was a fire accident and his lab was destroyed completely. He started rebuilding the lab the next day and kept going. Abraham Lincoln is in our hearts, one of the greatest presidents but we rarely know that he faced many failures and defeat throughout his life: born into poverty, twice failed in business, lost eight elections and suffered a nervous breakdown. “When everything seems to be going against you, remember that the airplane takes off against the wind, not with it.” “One has to remember that every failure can be a stepping stone to something better.” “When you get into a tight place and everything goes against you, till it seems as though you could not hang on a minute longer, never give up then, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn.” “A diamond is merely a lump of coal that did well under pressure.” “I am grateful for all of my problems. After each one was overcome, I became stronger and more able to meet those that were still to come. I grew in all my difficulties.” “A bend in the road is not the end of the road… unless you fail to make the turn.” “Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor, catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” “Use what talent you possess: the woods would be very silent if no birds sang except those that sang best.” “Forget about all the reasons why something may not work. You only need to find one good reason why it will.” “Extraordinary struggles bring an extraordinary purpose for those who wait.” “Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you have imagined.” “Count the garden by the flowers, never by the leaves that fall. Count your life with smiles and not the tears that roll.” “Only your real friends will tell you when your face is dirty.” “The world is round and the place which may seem like the end may also be only the beginning.” “It doesn’t matter how many say it cannot be done or how many people have tried it before; it’s important to realize that whatever you’re doing, it’s your first attempt at it.” “If you have made mistakes, there is always another chance for you. You may have a fresh start any moment you choose, for this thing we call ‘failure’ is not the falling down, but the staying down.” “He who refuses to embrace a unique opportunity loses the prize as surely as if he had failed.” “When one door closes another door opens; but we so often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door, that we do not see the ones which open for us.” “Instead of giving myself reasons why I can’t, I give myself reasons why I can.”
